November is Alpha-1 Awareness month and I will be walking again to raise money for funding the researchers as they work on finding treatment/cure for this condition. I am liver affected and there is not a treatment or cure. Lung affected have a treatment to slow down the damage to their lungs, but no cure. My brother and I both were born with Alpha-1 and Ed passed away at the young age of 37. Please support me by donating. Every amount is appreciated.

My personal goal is walking 50 miles during November and I have walked 248.5 miles! The Oregon Alpha's walk was November 9th. and our Alpha doctor, Dr. Barker, matched $2,000 making our group donation over $4,000.
